Founding partners

Torsten is an experienced renewable energy entrepreneur with 20 years of industry experience. As one of the co-founders of Altostrata Energy and later Pure Energy, he has overseen 250 MW of renewable energy deployment in frontier markets in Eastern Europe, from concept stage up to operations, formed and managed development teams. Throughout his career, Torsten has been involved in transactions in various countries, including India, the UK, China, Singapore, Belarus, and the US.

Anton is a veteran investor and entrepreneur who co-founded Altostrata Energy, a private equity group focused on clean energy and related technologies. Throughout his career, he has successfully orchestrated deals worth hundreds of millions of euros in the clean technology industry across both emerging and developed economies. In addition to his involvement with various privately-held investments, Anton also serves on the board of Solar Alliance. This publicly listed company develops and constructs solar projects in the United States. Furthermore, he is a trusted trustee of The Peaceful Change Initiative, an international non-governmental organization operating in worldwide conflict zones.

Advisory board

Yaroslav Alekseyev is a partner at Linklaters LLP, a magic circle law global law firm, and is a member of the Advisory Board. Yaroslav specialises in advising corporates, investment banks, and investor funds on capital markets transactions and financial restructuring. As a member of the Linklaters' ESG task force, Yaroslav regularly advises clients on ESG issues. His notable ESG-centered transactions include the debut $825 million sustainability-linked bond issuance by Ukrenergo and the €325 million green bond issuance by DTEK Renewables. Yaroslav is a trusted "go-to" advisor to several large CEE corporates. He brings over 15 years of experience helping businesses navigate challenging legal and regulatory environments in transactional settings. Yaroslav was formerly a board member of Ukrainian American House, a US-based charitable organisation.
